Vaco has partnered with a growing organization to fill an open Revenue Analyst opportunity. The Revenue Analyst I is an entry-level role responsible for supporting core billing and revenue operations by preparing invoices, maintaining accurate billing data, and managing customer portal submissions. This position plays an essential role in ensuring billing accuracy, supporting internal teams, and maintaining efficient, well-documented revenue processes. Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly invoices in accordance with customer contracts, work orders, and service reports Accurately enter and maintain billing data in the ERP system, ensuring alignment with customer purchase orders and contractual terms Upload invoices to customer portals, monitor submission status, and troubleshoot upload or submission errors Collaborate with collections and sales teams to identify, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies related to pricing, purchase orders, or service dates Maintain customer billing profiles, templates, tax information, and billing instructions within internal systems Assist with maintaining and updating billing documentation, procedures, and standard operating processes (SOPs) Provide general billing support to internal teams to help ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition Qualifications

Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or equivalent relevant work experience 0–2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or administrative support roles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, sorting, filtering, and basic formulas Familiarity with ERP or financial systems (such as NetSuite or SAP) preferred Strong attention to detail with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
