Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and driven

Outside Salesperson (Commercial Sales)

to support continued growth in Brevard County and surrounding markets. This role focuses on new business development, relationship management, and expanding the company’s presence within the commercial construction sector. The successful candidate will represent a trusted brand known for integrity, high standards, and proven results, while managing a portfolio of exterior renovation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Develop and grow new commercial business through proactive outreach and relationship building Manage and expand existing client relationships within the commercial construction market Call on and maintain strong relationships with: General Contractors (GCs) Property Management Companies Homeowners Associations (HOAs) Private Commercial Property Owners Generate and manage sales opportunities related to exterior construction services, including roofing, windows, doors, and concrete restoration Conduct site visits, assess project needs, and collaborate with internal teams to develop accurate proposals Track and manage sales activity and pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets Represent the company professionally at meetings, job sites, and industry events Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs Qualifications & Experience Proven success in sales; commercial construction sales experience strongly preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction or a related field (preferred) Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and the drive to pursue new opportunities xsgimln Professional presence with strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven role Compensation & Benefits Base salary up to $65,000 plus uncapped commission Earning potential of $100,000+ annually Monthly healthcare allowance of $350 Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays after 90 days Significant growth opportunity within a high-performance sales team Additional Requirements Ability to commute to Melbourne, FL 32934 (required) In-person role with local travel within assigned territory
