Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the monthly, and annual accounting close processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals, driving accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement Review financial statements, reconciliations, and variance explanations, ensuring issues are identified, understood, and resolved Oversee accounting processes, internal controls, and documentation to support scalable and well-controlled operations Partner with senior leaders to provide clear, reliable financial reporting and operational insights Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies while maintaining strong technical accounting standards
