**Responsibilities**
**Go-To-Market Strategy Execution:**
+ Execute the GTM release strategy for Oracle Database, ensuring alignment with broader product and business goals.
+ Lead and execute various programs, including Database Hands-on Workshops, LiveLabs DB Approval Council, Technical Enablement initiatives, and Oracle Blog authoring/strategy.
+ Meet with customers to help solve their business challenges using Oracle Database technologies
**Competitive Analysis & Material Development:**
+ Lead the creation of in-depth competitive analyses that highlight Oracle Database's strengths compared to key competitors.
+ Develop compelling competitive materials, including presentations, white papers, case studies, and battle cards, tailored for various customer segments and use cases.
+ Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively position Oracle Database against competitors.
**Customer & Technical Engagement:**
+ Develop technical strategies and solve complex problems for cross-platform solutions centered around Oracle Database, including Go-To-Market and Technical Enablement for customers and Oracle internal audiences.
+ Author cross-solution workshops in the Oracle LiveLabs platform for multiple data management-related offerings, including migration, cloud, licensing, and hybrid cloud configurations.
+ Lead and execute special events representing the Database Product Management organization (e.g., Hackathons, Major Oracle OpenWorld style events, DevLive, etc.).
**Leadership & Mentorship:**
+ Mentor a team of junior product managers and content creators, providing guidance on best practices, content strategy, and product positioning.
+ Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Database, supporting the needs of various regions and organizations, including marketing, field teams, partners, and customers.
+ Lead the Database Approval Council for the Oracle Workshop Management System, ensuring the highest standards for workshop content and delivery.
**Content & Program Development:**
+ Write and approve blogs for the Oracle Blog platform, contributing to the thought leadership and visibility of Oracle Database.
+ Assist in the development of key initiatives, infrastructure, and programs to enable our customers and technical sellers to work smarter and gain direct access to Oracle's Database technology.
**Qualifications:**
+ Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within the technology or software industry, with a strong focus on database technologies.
+ Deep understanding of Oracle Database and competitive landscape, with experience in creating and managing competitive materials.
+ Experience in executing Go-To-Market strategies and leading technical enablement programs.
+ Strong leadership and mentorship abilities, with experience managing and developing junior team members.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $115,400 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
