Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Kitchen and Bath Designer based in Oconomowoc, WI, to manage and operate our open showroom to Contractors and Clients. Responsibilities include creating detailed and functional kitchen and bath designs, consulting with clients and contractors to understand their needs, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing cabinetry selection and sales processes. The designer will collaborate with clients and contractors and team members to deliver successful projects that balance creativity, functionality, and budget considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Kitchen & Bath Design, with strong attention to detail and functionality
• NKBA Certifications a plus
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
• Proficiency in Sales and understanding client requirements to offer tailored solutions
• Knowledge of Cabinetry design and materials
• Proficient in using design software and tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects with a strong focus on deadlines and quality
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in high-end or custom home design and construction is a plus
