Marketing & Demand Generation Manager (On-site, Bay Area)

Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Demand Generation Manager to own the top of the funnel for our core businesses, including ADU, Main House, and upcoming POD products.
This role is responsible for driving qualified inbound demand , converting leads into MQLs, and building a scalable, measurable demand generation engine. You will work closely with sales, operations, and leadership to ensure marketing directly supports revenue growth.
This is a results-driven, execution-heavy role , not a purely strategic or brand-only position.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Funnel Ownership
- Own the full top-of-funnel process: inbound leads to MQL, and improve the conversion to sales deals.
- Design, execute, and optimize demand generation strategies across paid media, SEO, website, content, and email marketing.
- Establish clear funnel definitions, lead qualification criteria, and performance benchmarks.
- Continuously improve lead quality, conversion rates, and cost efficiency.
Paid Media & Digital Execution
- Own paid media strategy, budget allocation, and performance tracking (Google, Meta, etc.).
- Manage or coordinate execution resources (internal or external) while retaining full accountability for outcomes.
- Monitor CAC, CPL, and ROI, and adjust tactics based on performance data.
Content & Website Optimization
- Drive content development aligned with lead acquisition and conversion goals.
- Optimize website structure, landing pages, and lead capture flows.
- Collaborate with design and content partners to ensure messaging supports funnel performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales to ensure lead handoff, feedback loops, and funnel alignment.
- Support offline initiatives (e.g., open houses, showroom events) from a demand capture and follow-up perspective.
- Partner with leadership to support new product launches and market entry strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
- Proven track record of owning and scaling top-of-funnel lead generation.
- Strong understanding of paid media, SEO, CRM workflows, and marketing analytics.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into execution.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment with high accountability.
- Ability to work on-site in the Bay Area and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
