POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Data & Analytics is responsible for leading Bridgeview’s enterprise data and analytics capability to enable insight-driven decision-making across clinical, operational, financial, and growth initiatives. This role partners closely with internal leadership and external partners to define priorities, shape strategy, and deliver practical analytics and AI capabilities that drive measurable business outcomes. This position leads the development of Bridgeview’s data strategy and governance model, including the responsible application of AI, analytics platforms, data warehouses, data marts, and reporting solutions required to support consistent, trusted, and actionable insights across the enterprise to advance Bridgeview’s overall IT strategy and ensure alignment between data capabilities and business priorities.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the development and execution of Bridgeview’s data, analytics, and AI strategy in support of enterprise goals
- Define and maintain a long-term vision for data and analytics capabilities, incorporating industry best practices and evolving organizational needs
- Establish policies and standards for data management, integration, analytics, and reporting across core clinical, operational, and financial systems and cloud platforms
- Partner with IT and business leaders to manage the data and analytics roadmap, ensuring alignment with architectural standards, priorities, and delivery timelines
- Identify business requirements and opportunities where data and analytics can materially improve decision making, efficiency, performance, and growth
- Oversee enterprise analytics initiatives to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights across clinical care, revenue cycle, operations, patient access, and corporate functions
- Serve as the primary analytics advocate for the organization, promoting a culture of data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with leadership teams to support workforce analytics, operational planning, and performance management
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the data and analytics team, including internal staff and external partners
- Support education and adoption of analytics tools and insights across the organization
- Participate in IT planning, governance, and prioritization forums, contributing to enterprise standards, metrics, and value realization
- Develop and manage operating budgets related to data and analytics initiatives in alignment with IT and enterprise financial plans

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND CERTIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business or related field required
- Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, business or related field preferred
- 10+ years of combined technical and business experience in data, analytics, or related domains
- 5+ years of leadership or management experience, including leading teams and influencing senior-level stakeholders
- Extensive education and experience in general business, revenue cycle and organizational operations required.

Qualifications
Required
Bachelors or better in Computer Science or related field.
Preferred
Masters or better in Business Administration or related field; Masters or better in Information Technology or related field.
Experience
Preferred
5 years: Leadership & management experience, including leading teams and influencing senior-level stakeholders
10 years: Combined technical & business experience in data, analytics, or related domains
