Responsibilities
- Developing tax strategies, minimizing tax burdens, forecasting, and advising on business decisions.
- Overseeing accurate filing of federal, state, and local returns (income, payroll, sales).
- Managing and mentoring tax staff, overseeing department workflow, performance, and training.
- Serving as a key point of contact, managing client relationships, and representing the firm.
- Contributing to firm leadership, managing budgets, utilization, and technology adoption.
Qualifications
- CPA certified
- 8-10 years of tax experience at a CPA firm.
