Boden Talent is partnering with a global, innovation-driven organization to appoint a Campus Director to lead the strategy, operations, and evolution of a flagship, multi-building campus supporting critical R&D and corporate functions.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced operator who excels in campus operations, facilities leadership, capital delivery, and stakeholder management within complex, high-performance environments.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the senior on-site leader with full accountability for campus performance
- Lead campus operations, facilities, workplace services, and service partners
- Own campus strategy, operating plans, and major change initiatives
- Oversee capital projects, renovations, and campus upgrades
- Drive operational excellence, safety, compliance, and employee experience
- Manage budgets, performance metrics, and vendor relationships
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years in campus, facilities, workplace, or real estate leadership roles
- Experience leading large, complex campuses or multi-site portfolios
- Strong operational, financial, and stakeholder leadership capability
- Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership
