Collaborate with end users to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure seamless user experience. Deliver quality assurance consultation for projects, assignments, and special initiatives. Develop and review test cases, process change requests, and manage project scope, acceptance, installation, and deployment. Maintain vendor relationships, review invoices, and ensure best value for technologies. Follow all organizational policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Candidate Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 8 years’ experience with Agile methodologies, user story creation, and participation in Agile ceremonies, including leading refinement and sprint planning. Minimum of 8 years’ experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools. Proven track record of performing senior-level business analysis work under limited supervision with independent judgment. Experience coordinating analysis of program policies and procedures to determine system impact. Skilled in coordinating with vendors and contractors, defining assignments, and evaluating deliverables. Ability to identify opportunities for business process improvement through automation and prepare proposals for new systems.
