Korean/ English Bilingual Import/ Export Specialist - International Freight Forw

We are currently looking for Korean/ English Bilingual Import/ Export Specialist to join an International Freight Forwarding company in Miami, FL. Responsibilities of Korean/ English Bilingual Import/ Export Specialist: Prepare documents for Air/Ocean shipments operation in a timely manner with appropriate procedures and guidelines Communicate with clients and support them with shipment status Communicate with shipping companies, truckers and other vendors, and arrange pick-up and delivery Make arrangements for ground transportation to deliver to assigned platforms Phone, Email and fax correspondence Other duties as assigned Requirements for Korean/ English Bilingual Import/ Export Specialist: At least 3-5 years of International Freight Forwarding industry Bachelors in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Communication and related field Detail oriented and strong in math/numbers Business-level in both Korean and English language skills (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing) Excellent Communication and Analytical skills Must be able to travel out-of-states up to 50% Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite(ERP/WMS software experience is plus) Must be flexible and able to work responsibly and effectively in a multicultural environment ================================================================== Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions / Renaissance Resources Inc. has been a trusted leader in North American recruiting for Japanese businesses for over 25 years.
