Bilingual Property Manager-Direct Hire Opportunity Providence, RI Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Property Manager for a direct hire opportunity to oversee a large residential apartment complex property. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, extensive knowledge of property management regulations, and excellent customer service abilities. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential to effectively communicate with diverse tenants, vendors, and team members. This role offers the chance to manage multiple unit property, ensure compliance with housing laws, and deliver exceptional service to residents and clients alike. Responsibilities of the Property Manager Manage daily operations of assigned properties, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations Oversee property leasing processes, including screening applicants, conducting tours, and executing lease agreements Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 policies, LIHTC guidelines, and landlord-tenant laws Utilize property management software such as Yardi and OneSite for data entry, rent collection, and reporting Handle legal administrative tasks related to contracts, notices, and legal documentation Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management activities using CMMS systems Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety standards and property upkeep Resolve tenant disputes through effective conflict management and negotiation skills Maintain accurate filing systems for legal documents, lease agreements, and correspondence Upsell additional services or amenities to tenants to enhance occupancy rates and resident satisfaction Provide exceptional customer service via phone etiquette, in-person interactions, and written communication Experience 2 years of experience at on-site supervisory level Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a focus on residential properties Knowledge of Section 8 housing programs, LIHTC compliance, Fair Housing regulations, and landlord-tenant law preferable within elderly housing Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, or similar platforms Experience in legal administrative tasks related to contracts and lease documentation Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish Ability to handle conflict resolution effectively while maintaining professional relationships Office experience including data entry, filing systems, and administrative support functions Prior experience in facilities management or property maintenance coordination is a plus This position offers an exciting opportunity for a bilingual professional passionate about property management to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic organization.
