ABOUT THE ROLE As the
Content QA Manager , you are the final quality gate between concept and production for all deliverables. You lead the proofreading function and ensure that print and digital materials are accurate, error-free, and aligned to the brief needs. You’ll partner closely with Design & Creative, Client Relations, Studio Operations, and brand teams to uphold content integrity across print and digital. This role partners with the Merchandising Sourcing & Execution workflow and adds technical QA + traffic readiness checks to the traditional proofing craft.
