ROLE DESCRIPTION: We are looking for an honest, energetic and reliable
Bilingual Spanish

ATTITUDE
to work the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Mon-Fri.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
Directing phone traffic to the right team member & handling simple billing inquiries
Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs Call for billing and payments
Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Administrative work - scanning, mailing, cleanup break room and ordering supplies
QUALIFICATIONS:
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
