AlphaGraphics of North Austin is hiring an Print / Sign Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping clients with high quality event graphics, environmental graphics, vehicle graphics, sign and printing projects. We are locally owned and operated and are part of a three center business in the top 10 of all businesses in the AlphaGraphics network.
This position is in charge of first impressions for our customers. The Customer Service Representative needs to have a positive attitude and communication style. This includes greeting our customers with a smile and working in a team environment.
This successful person will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where every day is unique. They are determined to give customers their very best and enjoy taking initiative to grow their sales. To be successful in this role, the position needs to handle tasks quickly, neatly, while managing multiple priorities. The Customer Service Representative focuses on quality and attention to details.
Responsibilities
Must smile and have fun daily
Directly handle inside sales projects by creating estimates, collecting payment and processing orders
Document concise & accurate notes for all orders
Reviews customers proofs for accuracy
Keep customers informed on the progress of their jobs thru delivery
Maintain sales logs and customer/prospect contact records
Provide outstanding customer experience that exceeds customer expectations
Be the first point of contact for incoming requests
Work with customers to understand, consult and recommend additional value-added services
Answer the phone, handle walk-in customers and online requests
Follow up with customers/prospects on estimates not converted to invoices and inactive customers via phone, email, mail and CRM tool
Calls prospects to identify appropriate contacts and drive leads
Researches targeted prospects and creates contact lists including address and emails for future marketing and sales efforts
Problem solve sign and print solutions for our customers
Requirements
Demonstrated proficiency in Printsmith software
2 years of sign or printing industry experience
Strong phone, written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated customer service skills
Proven sense of urgency
Thrives in a fast paced, stressful environment
Organized and great at time management
Positive and supportive personality
Fast learner and wants to learn
Proven strong computer and typing skills
