As a growing dealership, we’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused Service Porter to support our service department and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Position Summary The Service Porter plays a key role in our customer satisfaction by maintaining the flow of vehicles in and out of the service area, assisting customers, and supporting the service team with vehicle organization and presentation.
Key Responsibilities Greet service customers in a friendly and professional manner Move vehicles to and from the service drive, parking lot, and technician bays Keep the service drive, lot, and customer lounge clean and organized Assist with vehicle pick-up and delivery Perform light facility maintenance or janitorial tasks Support service advisors and technicians as needed
Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to work in outdoor conditions and be on your feet for extended periods
