
Sales Coordinator/ Customer Service

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator/Customer Service professional located in Yorktown Heights, NY. Day-to-day responsibilities include being a liaise between customers, sales, and production teams. Support the sales team and assist by processing sales tasks from order procurement and placement through delivery, ensuring accurate communication, timely follow-ups, and exceptional customer service within a fast-paced apparel manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Process customer purchase orders accurately in ERP systems
Manage the Sales Inbox for inbound leads & reply to customer inquiries
Process new distributor applications
Assist with Sales Rep requests for catalogs, swatches, promotional materials, product samples and tracking of such
Assist sales team with quotes, costing requests, and customer sample tracking
Serve as the voice of the customer by following up with end-users and sharing product feedback with R&D (as part of our Wear-Test program)
Assist Sales & Marketing team with updating product images on different sales channels as needed
Assist Sales Manager with monthly departmental reporting and statistics
Work independently and multitask with minimal supervision

Qualifications
Relevant experience (preferred 2-5 years) preferable in wholesale industry, apparel or manufacturing
Proficient use of MS Office Suite. Firm knowledge of Power Point a plus
Excellent Communication skills for team collaboration and client interaction
Photoshop/Illustrator experience, a plus, but not requiredExcellent planning, Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience with sales force is preferred
Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives
