Responsibilities This opportunity is with our Deployment Solutions Commercial Division, which partners with top-tier pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies. The District Sales Manager will report to Syneos Health National Business Director and will be responsible for hiring, training and developing, as well as coaching the sales team in the district in order to successfully promote product to targeted physicians.

Motivate, manage and develop the skill sets and overall performance of the sales representatives in the district.

Identify and monitor multiple local market conditions to build and support strong customer relationships while driving product promotion solutions and executing marketing strategies.

Monitor field activities to ensure compliance with guidelines, and provide timely feedback on marketing tactics and market conditions while collaborating closely with leadership, commercial operations, marketing and medical affairs.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree, Advanced Degree preferred.

10+ years of commercial pharmaceutical experience.

3+ years of District or Regional management experience with a proven track record of success.

Experience in Vaccines preferred.

Experience in Cardiology, Endocrinology or Nephrology strongly preferred.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends.
