What Your Experience Will Be As an Account Executive at Slang AI, you will drive our business forward in collaboration with the Head of Sales and your manager. You will work within the Sales department, engaging with internal teams such as Product and Customer Experience to ensure a cohesive customer journey. Occasional travel may be required for conferences or company offsite meetings. You will also leverage sales technology to enhance productivity and connectivity with prospects and teammates.

What Success Looks Like
Hunting and Closing: Proactively prospecting and closing new business opportunities.
Value Based Discovery and Demos: Listening to uncover business impact, quantify value, and position Slang as the right fit to deliver outcomes.
Growing Key Markets: Expanding existing and new market segments strategically.
Pipeline Management: Managing the sales pipeline with stakeholders to drive urgency and ensure a steady flow of closed deals.
Leverage AI to drive process efficiency and achieve business objectives.
Collaborative Support: Working with Implementation and Customer Success to onboard and expand existing accounts.
Exceeding Targets: Consistently achieving and surpassing monthly sales quotas and weekly metrics.
What You Will Bring
Fluent in Spanish
Experience: 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
Traits and Behaviors: Self-starter, hunter, closer, curious, resourceful, resilient; growth mindset; hustle.
Business Acumen: Ability to address a prospect’s business problems and act as a consultant.
Grit: Strong commitment to results; ownership of outcomes.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, good listening, assertive, persistent, persuasive, with high EQ.
Preferred Experience: SaaS or hospitality (hotels or restaurants) is a plus.
