Owner/Operator and/or General Manager Position Summary
To sell all products and services provided by USA Insulation. To represent the company in a professional manner and preserve the customer service philosophy of USA Insulation. This is a commission based position starting at 9% of sales resulting in a scheduled and completed job. Job price points are typically between $2,000 and $20,000 with an opportunity for monthly pay between $5,000 and $12,000 per month. After a 90 day probationary period, commissions go to 10% of sales resulting in a scheduled and completed job. The first 4 (four) weeks of work, while awaiting first jobs to be scheduled and completed, will be supported by weekly pay of $1500 per week. After 4 (four) weeks the 9% commission will supersede this weekly pay. Responsibilities
Understand the installation process as it pertains to the sales role Understand and apply the USA Insulation Sales Process (Pitch Book, Sales Video, Sales Handbook, etc.) Learn all details of the USA Insulation Pitch Book and apply in sales role Meet homeowners at pre-set appointments between the hours of 8am and 7pm. Allow for frequent evenings and Saturday appointments Meet homeowners for “write-ups” to meet the homeowner’s schedule Write-up contract per USA Insulation specifications Take pictures of the work to be performed per USA Insulation specifications. Pictures to be printed and displayed with contract for installers Responsible for the collection of the financial down-payment prior to work and balance of payment at completion of job Contact HVAC professionals & roofers as a referral source Contact all previous customers as a referral source Call-in all schedule dates when job is sold Visit homeowner and crew on install date Learn and use the total workflow system online and at estimate Status & Scope
All USA Insulation sales representatives will report directly to the owner/operator. Sales representatives are considered “vendors”, NOT direct employees of the company and will be paid by 1099 Form. Must have car and/or means to drive to all appointments. Must be able to carry 25 pounds up and down stairs and climb ladder into attics to take photos. Must be able to enter crawl spaces to take photos. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Must have cell phone paid for by sales representative. Qualifications
1-3 years of previous sales experience in related field High School diploma or equivalent Commitment to customer service Self-motivated and eager to learn Flexible work from home options available.
