Commercial Project Manager
to join our Sales Team in our Capitol Heights, MD branch. This position requires in office time Monday-Friday. No remote work.
Responsibilities
Meeting with potential clients at project sites.
Costing, quoting and follow up of quotes and bids.
Processing paperwork after the sale.
Communicating with clients throughout the sales and installation process until project completion.
Entering jobs into Salesforce.
Submitting jobs for billing.
Candidates should have good communication and organizational skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Salesforce Platform a plus.
This position is full-time, exempt. Hours for this position are in-office, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm.
Compensation Compensation Includes Base Plus Commission. The minimum compensation for this position is $61,000.00 annually. The maximum compensation for this position is $137,000.00 annually. Compensation above is based on commission averages and is not guaranteed.
All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test, including marijuana. Long Fence is a Federal Contractor and cannot accept Medical Marijuana cards.
