Pay Range: $21.40 - $25.45 Hourly, depending on experience

Schedule: 7:00 AM Start Time, Monday - Friday (Some Saturdays required based on business needs)

Responsibilities

Deliver, install, move, remove, and/or perform low-priority maintenance on fountain and other beverage-dispensing equipment at customer locations, safely and efficiently per company standards, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Provide excellent customer service and communication to Coca-Cola Consolidated (CCC), Coca-Cola North America (CCNA), and Equipment Reutilization Solutions (ERS) internal and external customers; promote revenue-generating service through the CCC ERS proposition.

Drive safely in compliance with motor vehicle laws; complete required safety training and adhere to safety policies and procedures, including DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspections when required.

Assemble fountain equipment on customer sites, loading/unloading with forklift, pallet jack, and hand trucks; unpack and verify asset numbers for the day.

Operate handheld devices to maintain accurate delivery/removal/movement records and track parts inventory.

Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues; place a service call if issue is unresolved.

Complete required training and maintain updates/documents related to fountain equipment.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Must be able to lift 50 to 100 pounds.

Ability to move large pieces of equipment.

Ability to drive and ride for long periods.

Operate vehicle, hand trucks, fountain lifts, ladders, electrical and cordless drills, and saws; work on ladders, under counters, and in varying temperatures.

Night work is required and typically rotated among team members.

General knowledge or ability to learn electrical and plumbing skills.

Strong organizational skills and ability to work on a team to accomplish large install jobs.

Past installation experience is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

Knowledge acquired through up to 12 months of work experience.

Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

Valid driver’s license.

Ability to obtain Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Transportation (DOT) Physical.

Ability to obtain forklift and pallet jack certification.

Ability to pass company certification programs for equipment repair and safety (e.g., BEST, FAST).

Work Environment Work environment will vary and may include exposure to weather conditions, coolers, and customer storage areas that may be non-temperature controlled.
