Account Manager

who will play a critical role in cultivating strong client partnerships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. In this role, you’ll be more than an account manager—you’ll be a trusted advisor, a champion for client success, and a key contributor to the company’s continued growth. Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, providing clear, consistent communication. Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross‑selling. Resolve client issues promptly by partnering with internal teams. Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, forecast needs, and uncover new opportunities. Maintain detailed account plans that outline goals, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams on new product development and enhancements. Respond to customer inquiries and ensure needs are addressed quickly and accurately. Collect and analyze client data to identify trends and evolving requirements. Prepare progress and performance reports for clients and senior leadership. Partner with sales to identify and execute upsell, cross‑sell, and renewal strategies. Maintain accurate documentation and client records to support account health. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams. Comfortable working both independently and within a team‑oriented environment. Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with client data. Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management. Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and grow client relationships. Experience developing account plans and managing complex customer needs.
