We are looking for a detail-oriented
Estimator
to prepare cost estimates for heavy civil construction projects, including roads, bridges, and utilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in successful project execution by reviewing plans, gathering pricing, and developing competitive bids. Estimator Responsibilities: Analyze project plans and specifications carefully. Prepare comprehensive and accurate cost estimates. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to gather pricing information. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to formulate bids. Maintain and update estimating databases and documentation. Estimator Qualifications: Experience in estimating heavy civil construction projects is preferred. Proficiency in HCSS HeavyBid is a plus but not essential. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications effectively. Good communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
