Customer Service Representative
A leading industrial air conditioning and refrigeration service contractor in the Western United States is seeking a qualified Customer Service Representative to join its growing team at headquarters in Santa Ana, CA.

Capacity to handle stress effectively while remaining calm and focused in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Duties & Responsibilities Customer Service
Support customer retention efforts through proactive execution of customer service initiatives
Professionally and efficiently handle customer calls related to service orders and inquiries
Perform all work in accordance with company policies and procedures to maintain customer loyalty
Serve as a customer service leader by working collaboratively with other departments
Participate in an on-call rotation during non-business hours approximately every 4-6 weeks for one full week
Dispatch & Administrative Support
Dispatch technicians and monitor actual work hours
Provide administrative support to technicians and field management
Track service vehicles using Samsara
Manage and follow through on unbilled work orders
Prepare bid proposals accurately and in a timely manner
Resolve customer inquiries promptly and accurately
Compensation & Benefits The salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
