As a pivotal member of the Sunrun retail team, you will embody the essence of our brand within designated partner retail stores, playing a vital role in influencing potential customers. Your impact will be measured by your ability to foster relationships, generate enthusiasm for our products, and educate potential customers on renewable energy and storage solutions. This role requires you to proactively schedule appointments and contribute to expanding the Sunrun customer base. Success in this position hinges on your focus on positively influencing every individual you encounter. Responsibilities

Proactively schedule appointments and contribute to expanding the Sunrun customer base. Foster relationships and generate enthusiasm for Sunrun products in designated partner retail stores. Educate potential customers on renewable energy and storage solutions, representing the Sunrun brand. Compensation and Benefits

Potential earnings information: average compensation ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 (location and personal success dependent); top performers can earn up to $160,000+ per year. Qualifications

Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, self-motivation, and a genuine passion for our mission. Commitment to a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays, to maximize sales success and earning potential. Reliable transportation within a 15-30 mile radius (on average) is essential for managing a multi-store territory. Ability to stand and be mobile for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as part of daily responsibilities in a retail environment.
