Leasing Agent
to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service. You’ll be the
first point of contact
for residents, prospective residents, vendors, and visitors. You’ll play a key role in presenting our communities, building strong resident relationships, and helping prospects find a place they’re proud to call home.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Greet and assist prospective residents; schedule and conduct property tours
Build positive resident relationships through courteous, timely communication
Support move-in and move-out processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately
Complete property and unit inspections
Maintain organized and complete resident files, including timely document uploads
Assist the Assistant Manager and/or Area Manager with projects and tasks
Help maintain the overall appearance of the community
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and all applicable regulations
Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or a service-related role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Self-motivated, reliable, and professional demeanor
Availability to work weekends
Familiarity with Yardi property management software is a plus (not required)
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or a related field
