The opportunity
As a Senior Analyst for Government & Public Sector Insights, you will be at the forefront of our Insights program. You will play a crucial role in shaping distinctive perspectives on government issues, driving the creation of impactful insights, and fostering relationships with clients. Collaborating closely with senior leaders in this sector, your influence will establish EY as a premier advisor in strategy, transactions, and transformation.
Your key responsibilities
Executive impact:
Engage with senior stakeholders by providing innovative perspectives on global challenges and opportunities in the Government sector. Build strong relationships and represent EY at client meetings and media engagements.
Strategic leadership:
Define the Insights strategy, co-developing insights that extend beyond publicly available data. Foster a results-oriented approach to thought leadership and encourage collaboration with other Insight teams.
Analytical responsibilities:
Synthesize diverse viewpoints and data to create compelling insights that drive tangible results. Identify emerging trends and issues using both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:
Partner with Insights leadership and fellow Analysts to support senior stakeholders, share best practices, and enhance key services within Insights.
Skills and attributes for success Exceptional presentation skills with a strong ability to influence senior Government clients and decision-makers.
Experience in dynamic, client-focused environments at a senior level.
A minimum of 5 years of public sector-specific research and analysis experience.
A collaborative mindset, excel in both team settings and independent work within diverse environments.
Strong analytical abilities, capable of synthesizing information to derive insightful conclusions.
Clear and structured communication skills, adept at conveying complex concepts succinctly.
