to support inbound calls from members, providers, and agents. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, is comfortable on the phone, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities

:Answer inbound phone calls from customers, providers, and agent sLook up and update customer information in a CRM syste mProvide clear, polite, and accurate support for product and service question sEscalate issues to the appropriate team when neede dRespond to customer support requests and follow standard procedure sStay organized and meet daily productivity and quality goal sWork collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer need sIdentify ways to improve customer experienc Requirements
