Welcome to The Bizarre Agency. We’ve recently partnered with a major new nonprofit-client in Miami, and we’re building 2–3 high-performance marketing teams around top local talent. While this role starts at the entry level, our long-term focus is growth—we aim to internally train select candidates from an entry level role into a Managing Director position within 12 months. The pace is fast, but so is Miami—and our clients expect nothing less.
Overview We’re especially interested in candidates with a hospitality background or strong customer-service experience. Miami’s hospitality industry teaches people how to communicate clearly, stay composed under pressure, adapt quickly, and build genuine connections—traits that translate directly into success in our marketing environment.
Qualifications
Our ideal Miami candidate:Passionate about the causes and communities we represent
Values integrity and professionalism
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong advantage
Competitive, energetic, fun and excited for leadership opportunities
Thrives in fast-paced, high-demand environments
Bachelor’s in marketing or business; MBA preferred but not required
Local to Miami or able to relocate within 2–3 weeks
Responsibilities
Face to face fundraising on behalf of worlds biggest non profits.
Set up and lead face-to-face marketing presentations on behalf of our nonprofit clients
Provide daily performance updates to team leads; weekly KPI reports to account managers
Build and manage strong community and site relationships across Miami-Dade
Travel for networking events once every 2–3 months
Conduct monthly team presentations to track progress and performance
Stay up to date with client initiatives and campaign changes
Prepare local market research prior to new events
Suggest new revenue and outreach opportunities tailored to Miami communities
We’re fastest marketing growing start up in Miami and committed to keep building a strong foundation for long-term expansion. All team members receive paid training, a base salary, and eligibility for bonuses and benefits after 90 days.
