Responsibilities This is a full-time on-site position for a Business Development Manager/ Outside Sales Representative, located in Wichita, KS. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. The role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication, and a client-focused approach to drive business growth.

Qualifications

Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills

Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities

Proficiency in client relationship management and communication

Strategic planning, goal setting, and problem-solving abilities

Experience in the industrial trade sector is highly preferred

Willingness to travel the Midwest Region

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Proven success in achieving revenue and growth targets
