
Inside Sales Representative - Solon, Ohio - JOB 25-01714

Permanent Position with Benefits
Solon, Ohio area manufacturing company seeks to hire an experienced Inside Sales Representative who has experience in the metal industry open to 10% (or less) U.S. travel.
Responsibilities
Lead qualification and nurturing: Identify new prospects through various channels, research their needs, and guide them through the sales funnel.
Customer outreach: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads, present products, and solicit orders.
Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, pricing, and competitive offerings to answer questions and provide effective demonstrations.
Sales execution: Negotiate terms, close sales deals, and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
Customer relationship management: Provide ongoing support, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in a CRM system.
Collaboration: Work with marketing and other teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and share market intelligence.
Qualifications
High School, GED, Vocational School, and/or Higher Level of Education
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with proficiency using sales software such as CRM systems
Self-motivated, strong organizational / time-management skills
Interpret customer needs and present solutions
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
