We are seeking a

motivated Sales Professional

with a passion for building relationships and helping customers solve exterior restoration challenges. This role focuses on selling both

commercial and residential services , from concrete cleaning and sealing to paver restoration, media blasting, pressure washing, and more. This is a "Hunter" role designed for someone who enjoys the freedom of the road, the technicality of construction restoration, and the rewards of a high-growth commission structure. As the face of Clean ‘N Seal in the field, you will combine consultative selling with strong customer service — helping clients understand how our professional solutions protect and enhance their properties. This position reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer. What You’ll Do

Drive Business Growth Proactively generate and qualify leads across residential and commercial markets Conduct consultative site visits, assessments, and solution presentations Build a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and follow-ups Provide Exceptional Customer Experience Deliver professional, on-site consultations and estimates in alignment with our brand promise of quality and transparency Educate homeowners and business clients on the value and benefits of our services Build long-term relationships grounded in integrity and trust Collaborate with the Team Coordinate with operations and estimating teams to deliver accurate quotes and smooth project transitions Communicate customer expectations clearly and help ensure successful project delivery Be a teammate who contributes to a positive, fun, and success-driven work environment Embody Our Core Values Act with integrity in every interaction. Required Proven sales experience (construction, home services, or B2B preferred) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working with homeowners and business clients Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota and Iowa. Preferred Experience in concrete, coatings, restoration, or construction-related sales Knowledge of residential and commercial sales processes Existing network in property management, construction, or home services An understanding or familiarity with the EOS system of business development and growth. The ideal candidate will spend the first 3-4 weeks of employment with each one of our specialty crews working alongside our experienced foreman to gain a good “ground level” view of the work they will be selling. The sales leader will then transition to some time with the COO and owner to meet other partners in our network and then be released to get out and make contacts and sales. The ideal candidate will work the Twin Cities and Brainerd Lakes area weekly and call on clients in both areas. The position requires heavy travel during peak season.
