This is a product‑and‑client‑centric sales role. Success requires deep knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem.
Target Client Focus
Specialty & Geography:
Target high‑premium clients.
Scope:
Selling to physician offices of all sizes (1 to 1,000 physicians), with a strong emphasis on higher‑revenue groups.
Key Selling Points for Producers
Unmatched Market Access:
You will represent every single national MPL player. Our firm has C‑suite relationships with all major carriers, giving you maximum leverage in negotiations.
Specialized Support:
You will be backed by a highly experienced service team.
Holistic Offering:
Beyond MedMal (which accounts for 50%+ of sales), you can offer P&C and access to our HR consulting groups, creating a complete solution for physician practices.
Growth Trajectory:

Ideal Candidate Background We are looking for one of the two specific profiles who understand the intricate business of physician practices:
3+ years of experience as a Medical Professional Liability Producer. Must have a proven, committed track record in the MPL space
OR
Proven sales success to physician practices in related fields such as Medical Devices, IT, Labs (Quest/LabCorp), Pharma, or Healthcare Recruiting. Success depends on a deep network and understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.

P&C License will eventually be required.
