The EXOVATIONS of Atlanta, LLC (EXO)'s Gutter Installer position plays a vital role in the renovation process by custom fabricating aluminum seamless gutters onsite at customer location and then properly installing. Gutter Installers are valued members of the EXO installation team to provide the best customer experience possible. Key Results
The successful candidate will be able to produce the following outcomes: Projects are successfully completed on time and within budget Safe/clean worksites and vehicles Happy EXO customers Project documentation and labor sheets are accurate Keeps Project Management informed of delays on projects scheduled Duties
Installs residential gutter systems and under deck ceiling systems Uses a spirit level to ensure accuracy Drilling holes to fit screws and mount brackets Caulks all gaps and joints Sources appropriate replacement gutters when required Fabricates all parts required for the job Proficient with all power/pneumatic tools used in gutter installation Keeps the jobsite clean and material organized daily Keeps truck and tools organized daily Offers to help others as needed May travel by car/truck or other modes of transportation to perform essential duties of position Performs other duties as assigned by Installation Manager Skills/Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred 2 years related experience in gutter installation Own small tools to utilize on the job Effective in prioritizing work and following through on commitments Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Displays a positive, upbeat attitude Dependable, reliable, and has a strong work ethic Current and valid motor vehicle operator's license Full-Time
