Responsibilities
Ask better questions to understand underlying business problems.
Surface proactive insights from marketing and customer data.
Build actionable dashboards for stakeholder visibility.
Conduct deep-dive analyses on campaign performance and customer behavior.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align on metrics and insights.
Translate complex data into clear narratives for decision-making.
Champion data integrity and resolve data quality issues.
Establish best practices and standards for marketing analytics.
Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or related fields.
Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying.
Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4).
Proven ability to analyze marketing funnels and campaign effectiveness.
Strategic mindset connecting insights to business goals.
Excellent problem-solving skills, comfortable with ambiguity.
