We are a leader in innovative products designed to improve the quality of care for the most vulnerable patients in critical care and other areas of healthcare. Founded in 2016, HDmedical, then Healthy Design, began development of its flagship product, the Exersides® Refraint®, a restraint alternative designed to prevent numerous dangerous and expensive complications brought about by the use of restraints and over-sedation. The current product line now includes DelTrain™ VR immersive education and A+O x 3™, a consultancy service. There are also products in the research and development phase with ongoing clinical studies in collaboration with an award‑winning medical institution for the same target audience. The Role
HDmedical is hiring a Strategic Account Executive who will focus on specific hospital and health system accounts building & maintaining relationships, driving discovery processes, coordinating demos, and advancing opportunities for and with the executive team. Responsibilities
Build account relationships Prospect, Qualify, and Create Real Opportunities Build the Buying Map Maintain Excellent Documentation and Visibility Collaborate with executive team Qualifications
Must Have Demonstrated ability to run discovery, present value, and advance opportunities. Strong account management instincts: persistent, organized, and relationship‑driven. Comfort operating in a face‑paced, dynamic startup environment with ambiguity. Experience commercializing new products or emerging healthcare technologies. Excellent written documentation and CRM (Hubspot) discipline. Empathy for health care system pain points. Preferred Experience selling into hospitals/health systems in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment. Clinical workflow literacy (nursing, ICU, education, patient safety, workforce safety, hierarchy of roles within healthcare system). Compensation
This role offers a competitive base salary plus significant performance‑based commission. The compensation structure is designed for individuals who are motivated by impact and upside, with on‑target earnings aligned to meaningful revenue contribution and upside uncapped. Benefits
