Your responsibilities will include: Designing and implementing business changes that drive transformation in industry-specific functions, emphasizing people, processes, and technology. Managing dynamic technology consulting projects with significant client engagement. Assessing clients' technology needs and selecting the most relevant tools and techniques for specific requirements. Overseeing banking implementation projects, managing scope, schedule, and junior team members, while also fulfilling client requests and deliverables. Partnering with clients to craft high-performance solutions that enhance their positioning in Financial Services. Understanding client needs and delivering impactful technology initiatives. Contributing to the development of innovative Financial Services offerings for Customer, Sales, and Service strategies. Expect to travel for this role, as it varies based on client needs and projects. Here’s what you need: 3+ years of experience in a consulting environment, managing or creating project deliverables, especially in technology implementations and digital transformations. 2+ years leading transformations in the Financial Services industry, covering areas like retail banking, insurance, and wealth management. 2+ years of experience delivering various Financial Services solutions, combined with a strong understanding of the industry's challenges and opportunities. Bonus points if you have: Strong client relationship and management skills. A Bachelor’s degree. Salesforce CRM or CPQ certifications. Experience implementing CRM solutions like Salesforce, Microsoft, Pega, or Oracle. Experience with CPQ applications, especially Salesforce, Oracle, Vlocity, Apttus, or SAP. Facilitated design thinking workshops for Financial Services clients. Advanced degrees or financial industry certifications. Experience in sales and delivering banking projects on time.
