Responsibilities
Responsible for performing all assigned duties related to the completion of a daily call file. Create positive relations, promote strong customer service, and to provide information necessary to allow retailers to properly manage their on-hand inventory of Instant Lottery Tickets.
Manages call file. Contacts Lottery retailers bi-weekly to promote new products, place orders, and provide premium customer service.
Maintains daily computerized customer records of all phone contacts and brief description of daily business transactions.
Is prepared at all times to answer inbound calls in addition to managing outbound call file.
Assists Lottery field sales staff as a direct liaison to their retailers and provide feedback where necessary.
Develop a full understanding of the current mix of available instant ticket games available.
Reviews and processes incoming ticket orders received from both lottery sales representatives and retailers.
Monitors and tracks sales levels in order to better service assigned retailers.
Provides support for key accounts and coordinates changes necessary to implement changes of ownership.
Provides information to retailers on upcoming lottery promotions and contests.
Educates retailers on instant ticket policies and procedures.
Works with retailers in troubleshooting and correcting incorrect shipment of orders.
Performs additional duties as assigned.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $X – $X. The actual pay offered may be higher or lower. The Company complies with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is one part of our Total Rewards program. Non-exempt roles are eligible for irregular discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
