Summary of Role
We are seeking a Sales Solution Architect to join our dynamic team, specializing in WTW's Via Benefits solutions, particularly focusing on our innovative spending account administration solutions. As a key member of our Individual Marketplace Sales team, you will drive the sales process, taking charge of proposal development, pricing strategies, contracting, and aiding in client renewals. Your ability to collaborate and engage effectively with sales leaders, account managers, product teams, and specialists will be crucial in designing and presenting solutions that meet client needs and align with our organizational capabilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to play an instrumental part in accelerating growth within the Individual Marketplace.
The Role
In this role, you will:
Partner with sales leaders to identify and qualify potential clients
Review and assess client benefit plan designs and administration requirements
Determine tailored solutions that align with client objectives
Respond effectively to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs)
Collaborate with sales leaders on non-RFP proposals and client presentations
Prepare and assist with client meetings alongside the sales and delivery teams
Maintain and develop proposal documentation, including relevant assumptions and collateral
Support the creation of contract documents
Engage with account leaders to promote Via Benefits solutions to existing clients
Keep abreast of the latest trends in spending account administration and individual marketplace developments
Qualifications The Requirements A minimum of four years of experience in spending account administration, preferably related to benefits solutions
Understanding of various accounts and benefits, including Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), and others
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
Willingness to work extended hours and travel as necessary
Proven capability to build collaborative relationships at all levels across teams
A preferred undergraduate degree

Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $80,000.00 to $120,000.00 USD annually, plus commission-based bonuses.
