As a key on-site support partner, you will provide day-to-day assistance to the
Community Manager , supporting all areas of rental activity, office operations, and resident relations. Your work helps ensure smooth property operations while creating a positive experience for residents and visitors alike. Responsibilities
Provide on-site administrative and operational support to the Community Manager Assist with rental activity, office functions, and resident communication Support resident relations by responding to inquiries and maintaining a welcoming environment Help coordinate daily property operations and tasks as assigned May take on direct supervisory responsibility for specific duties at the discretion of the Community Manager Who you are
You are dependable, approachable, and organized. You enjoy working directly with people and take pride in keeping things running efficiently. You bring a positive attitude to a fast-paced environment and are comfortable handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. Minimum Qualifications
Education / Background: High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete ideas.
