Coach USA/Dillons in Hanover is seeking a results-driven Charter Sales Manager to lead and grow our charter sales business. If you’re a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and collaborating with operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences—this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Respond to all charter inquiries (calls, emails, quotes, walk-ins) promptly and professionally
Quote and book charter trips via phone, email, and in person
Actively pursue new business through market research, prospecting, and outreach
Conduct cold calling and outside sales efforts as needed
Monitor industry trends and customer preferences to guide sales strategy
Maintain a weekly sales activity and results tracker
Collaborate daily with Operations to ensure seamless, high-quality service
Manage both small and large charter projects from booking through execution
Follow up on payments, contracts, and upcoming trips to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Enter and process charter payments (credit cards, checks, cash)
Prepare driver paperwork (maps, instructions, work orders)
Assemble expense envelopes and trip documentation
Assist with uniform ordering, distribution, and vouchers as needed
Support regulatory reporting and special projects assigned by management
Contribute to general office and sales department responsibilities

Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to present information clearly to individuals and small groups
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Adaptability and a proactive, self-motivated mindset
Ability to travel locally, 15%
Preferred
Experience in the transportation or charter industry
