Job Description We are seeking a Regional Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and expanding the customer base, maintaining strong relationships, and identifying new growth opportunities. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, contract negotiations, market analysis, identifying industry trends, and providing technical support to clients. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kansas City, MO. Qualifications Account Management: Experience in managing regional or corporate accounts, including client relationship management and customer retention strategies. Sales and Negotiation: Proven skills in sales, negotiation, and contract closing, aimed at meeting client needs and achieving business targets. Business Development: Ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities through market analysis and developing relevant strategies. Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams, ensuring customer satisfaction. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience in the energy or LPG industry will be considered an advantage, as well as proficiency in CRM tools and additional language skills.
