
About The Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will sell the value of the Circle K Fleet Card to prospective customers in a competitive marketplace where low fees and discounts are common. Success in this role requires leading with value, understanding customer needs, and clearly differentiating Circle K’s solutions from competitors.
What You’ll Do
Generate new business by engaging prospective customers and opening new accounts
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Discover customer needs through consultative, open-ended conversations
Present and position Circle K’s value proposition against competitors
Maintain accurate sales activity records using Salesforce
Gather required business information for underwriting and pricing
Handle objections confidently and negotiate terms when appropriate
Coordinate onboarding and product implementation for new customers
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Maintain ongoing contact with new customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal sales, credit, and support teams
What We’re Looking For (Required)
1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to identify customer needs and close sales
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Comfort handling objections and complex situations
Ability to use CRM and sales tools effectively
Ability to pass a background investigation
Nice to Have
College degree
Phone-based sales experience
Experience with Salesforce CRM
Coaching experience or interest in coaching and development
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Work Environment
100% in-office role, Monday–Friday
Collaborative, team-oriented sales environment
