Role Description We are hiring a

Full-Time Account Executive

to join our

high-growth sales team in Scottsdale, AZ . This is an on-site, performance-oriented role designed for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and turning conversations into long-term clients.

Responsibilities

Prospect and engage new clients through calls, referrals, and outreach

Build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor

Analyze client needs and present tailored insurance solutions

Drive revenue growth while maintaining exceptional client service

Collaborate with teammates to exceed monthly and quarterly targets

Stay current on products, carriers, and market trends

Qualifications What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills — confident on the phone and in person
