Overview

We are a well-established building products distributor and window manufacturer with a strong reputation for quality, service, and long-term customer relationships. We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop our veteran sales team as part of a planned leadership transition. This is not a desk-only role. The right candidate will be comfortable working alongside sales reps, engaging customers, solving problems, and setting the tone for how we sell — not just what we sell. What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and support a team of sales representatives Maintain key customer relationships and assist with strategic accounts Reinforce pricing discipline while supporting profitable growth Work closely with operations and manufacturing to align commitments with capabilities Provide practical, real-world guidance to reps — not just reports and forecasts Help evolve sales processes while respecting the relationships that built the business What We’re Looking For

Proven sales leadership experience or senior sales experience with clear leadership responsibilities Background in building materials, construction products, distribution, or a closely related industry strongly preferred High credibility with customers and sales teams Strong judgment, communication skills, and calm decision-making Comfortable handling exceptions, customer issues, and internal coordination Someone who values long-term relationships over short-term wins What Success Looks Like In Year One
