About the Role We are seeking a Senior Loan Advisor with proven experience in auto‑loan refinancing to handle inbound calls and warm leads (no cold calling). The Advisor will consult and assist customers through the refinancing process and manage a high‑volume pipeline of prospects.
In this role, you will…
Use a consultative sales approach to advise customers on vehicle protection services and other offerings.
Provide customers thorough explanation of loan terms, aftermarket products, and extended service contracts.
Maintain elevated product attachment goals and expectations as a product sales expert.
Effectively manage and maintain a large prospective customer pipeline and maintain acceptable conversion levels.
Conduct business ethically and professionally, in accordance with lender guidelines, finance laws, and internal compliance guidelines.
Process finance deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure funding.
Perform needs assessments, overcome objections, and manage customer expectations.
Other duties may be assigned.
Hours Primary hours: 7 AM – 7 PM (MT), Monday – Friday, with at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) every four weeks from 8 AM to 5 PM (MT). Weekend shifts may be compensated with a flexible day off.
About You
At least 2 years of refinance experience in a loan officer role.
Experience handling and maintaining a high‑volume pipeline.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to quickly build rapport.
Clear communication and active listening skills.
Ability to process information efficiently and incorporate it in real time with customers.
Ability to learn new technology and use a variety of software platforms.
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Base: $50,000 with a monthly commission structure. First‑year average earnings are $90,000 with uncapped commission potential.
Paid training and 16‑week onboarding. Eligible for commission plan in first full month.
