Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Retail Sales Advisor located downtown Austin. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, generating sales, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store. Additionally, you will be accountable for in-store merchandising and upselling while keeping the store clean, visually appealing, and easy to shop. Qualifications
Proven work experience in luxury retail sales Excellent customer service skills with an ability to build a strong rapport with customers while meeting their needs Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and providing solutions to customers Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and German Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively while working in a team-oriented environment A keen eye for fashion and ability to create an aesthetically pleasing visual display of products Good basic math skills are required to perform cash handling and transactions effectively A Bachelor's Degree in business administration, marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
