What You’ll Do
Be the face of TruGreen, engaging with homeowners face-to-face to understand their needs and deliver custom lawn care solutions that build trust and satisfaction.
Provide tailored services right at doorstep and turn interactions into lasting customer relationships.
Engage with new and existing customers through door-to-door outreach with professionalism and energy.
Customize sales messaging to match the unique lawn care needs of each household.
Turn “just looking” into “just signed” with a proven sales methodology and processes.
Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and follow-through.
Cross-sell and upsell with expertise to help customers enhance their lawns.
What You’ll Bring
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are valued.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong communication skills, both in small talk and closing conversations.
Solid time management and a self-starter mindset.
Comfortable with technology and mobile devices—no coding required.
Physically able to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors.

Pay Ranges $29,053.00 - $60,138.00
This range reflects qualifications, experience, training, and other factors permitted by law. Factors that may affect offers include skills, experience, geographic location, quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment. Most candidates start in the bottom half of the range; upper-end is for those with extensive experience. Pay history is not a factor where prohibited by law. Beyond monetary compensation, we offer benefits including medical/dental/vision, and company-matching 401(k).
