The Box Office Ticket Sales is responsible for providing customer service, selling tickets, and distributing will-call tickets for all ticketed Las Vegas Ballpark events. What You Will Do
Sell tickets for games, concerts, performances, and special events through the box office counter. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with ticket purchases in a friendly and professional manner. Inform customers about upcoming events, pricing, seating options, and any special promotions or discounts. Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions, and ensure proper handling of all payment methods. Use ticketing software to process sales, issue tickets, and update event availability. Manage the will-call process, ensuring tickets are correctly prepared for pickup. Address and resolve customer concerns related to tickets, seating, or events in a timely and professional manner. Keep accurate records of all transactions, ticket sales, and customer interactions. Collaborate with other box office attendants and staff to ensure smooth event-day operations. About You
1+ year\'s experience in customer service or a ticket sales environment is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and staff. Accuracy in processing transactions and handling customer information. Comfort with ticketing software and basic computer skills. A friendly, approachable demeanor and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed based on event schedules. Compensation
